Here's what happenz when I go to the @texasfarmersmarket :
- I pick up brisket, baby mushrooms, red onions, shishito peppers, and eggs. - the brisket is warm, shredded, and ready, so I sauté the peppers and mushrooms in water, oil, and salt. - I soft boil two eggs just a few seconds over, and chopped the onions
- I put it in a bowl, and eat it
- I add some @saltlickbbq BBQ sauce that isn't from the market, and voila, I've got Sunday brunch.
- this all pairs really well with @txkeepercider Rosé cider.
