When I host Christmas, I make these stuffed mushrooms every year as an appetizer. 🎄
They're so simple to make! ➡️Ingredients:
2 dozen mushrooms - cleaned & destemmed
Reserve mushrooms stems and dice
1 8oz package of Louis Kemp® Crab Delights® Flake Style
1 cup bread crumbs
1 carrot, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 celery sticks, diced ➡️Directions:
Sautee carrots, celery, mushroom stems and onions until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced veggies to a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spray a baking dish with non stick spray.
Stuff each mushroom with about a tablespoon of crab mixture.
Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until mushrooms are soft. -------
