This sideways angle pretty much sums up my day.
Some how managed to pull out a ok training session even with the cards I stacked aggressively against my self after a wedding and the ladies firms Holiday party this weekend.
This was part of the strength work today at @crossfithinge and I was ok with just hittin a 100kg and callin it a day, the tempo gets real on these regardless of the weight though. This was followed by another 2x5 at the same tempo and heavier after this without the Snatch to kick it off.
I’m off to go cook dinner and put this day to bed. Oh and drink water, lots and lots AND LOTS of Water.
