It is finally feeling like fall here in Northern Virginia! Perfect time for my latest experiment... Apple Cider Bubbly. Just added a gallon of cider to my fermenting crock, 1 cup of Mead starter, 1/4 cup of 🍯, some cloves, and a cinnamon stick. Two days later it's ready to be bottled. I'll let it sit at room temperature for the rest of the day then refrigerate it before it explodes!
This is delicious and the kids LOVE it...they just can't have anymore since it's reading at 5%😯 #mead
