If ever there was a winery that espoused the ‘Californian’ way of life - it’s @inmanwines in the Russian River Valley. These guys love sustainability and it’s embedded in their DNA - from the lack of chemicals used in every step of production, to the Tesla recharging staion in the car park for its Silicon Valley customers. What’s more, you can charge your car for free thanks to the 50 kW of solar panels on the winery’s roof! Another intersting sidenote: Inman Family uses only organic fertilizer, and central to that is its ‘Four-Corner Compost program’. It’s named this because it’s made up of table scraps discarded by San Francisco’s leading restaurants, hotels, and residences!
The 2013 Inman Family Pratt Vine Hill Pinot Noir is in one word, beautiful. All the flavours are in harmony and it's a true delight to drink.
