I know I can come off as intense. Maybe even crazy with my workouts! That is only because I'm passionate. Not all workouts are crazy in difficulty level. Not all eating has to be perfect.
No matter the fitness program I do, I always know there is a modifier if I need to utilize it. I also know when to listen to my body when it needs rest...something that has been a process for me to learn. As I used to just power through and go a million miles per hour every day, it's not worth it. It landed me horizontal, out of working out for almost a month. Lots of doctor visits, drugs, and therapy that was preventable.
Today, for instance, was a very low key day to let my body heal. Tonight I will do a little yoga before bed to stretch out my muscles again and mentally ease my brain before sleeping. No matter where your fitness level, there is a program out there. My job as a coach is to help you discover it and keep you motivated to reach your goals!
