As some of you may know, @little_linds15 and I have been working on a project for the past couple of years which we're very excited to say has come to life, so to speak...we're humbled to announce that Meyer & Meyer Sport is publishing four children's books we've co-authored focused on fun youth soccer player development!
We originally wrote these stories only ever intending them to be shorts to help our own children as they progressed in the beautiful game. Now, they have hopefully been put into a format that can help other kids to learn, and love, the game that we do. The books are set to be released in stores later this fall and we'll provide more details as they become available, including exact dates of when and where the distributor will place them.
For now, they will be made available through the Meyer & Meyer website and in their on-line Amazon bookstore. For more about the project you can visit www.learnsportbooks.com. For more on our publishing partner, and other books they offer, visit http://www.m-m-sports.com/ball-sports.html?dir=desc&order=price.
Should you feel so inclined to like and share our Facebook page, @learnsportbooks, that would be extremely helpful to the cause (I'm certain you'll be getting an invite from us in the next few days;)). Very special thanks to our partner Gordon Little, our graphic design team at Ignitive headed by Ty Jewkes, our editor Lonnie Horlacher, our awesome illustrators Daniel Gill and Mark Harmon, our coaching consultant Russell Joyner, and Cody Noble.
