🙅🏻♀️I am not naturally trim and fit. If I stop exercising regularly and eat whatever I want, I will for sure see a weight gain and become really tired in the afternoons and be cranky and uncomfortable.
When I consider all that...there’s just NO WAY I’ll ever QUIT. Because quitting means giving up on myself and not living a very happy life.
Is it easy?
Do I love working out?
Do I want to eat all the brownies and cookies and fast food?
Yeah girl! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤔So what keeps me from making those choices...the choice to do something I really don’t LOVE doing? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨It’s the days that I can spend HOURS at the pool and then come home and still have the energy to do laundry and help my kids find something to do, and cook dinner.
✨It’s the way my husband looks at me, and the way I feel about myself when he does.
✨It’s going shopping for clothes and fitting into the styles I love.
✨It’s being able to ride bikes with my kids and not get winded.
So many great things!! So, no I don’t always LOVE the exercise and love the veggies. But DO LOVE all the things I get rewarded with afterward. Not to mention...I can feel pretty dang proud of myself!
5 WEEKS into this program and it has FLOWN BY because this program has given me FREEDOM. It’s 30-40 minutes, just 4 days a week, and I don’t have to say NO to my faves! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
