Save Yourself Time and Pain .
My biggest target for growth this bulk is my back. My last bulk, I did put some quality size on in the beginning, but once I injured my shoulder, most of my progress went away. You never think you’ll get injured until it happens. I suggest that everyone that is serious about weight training takes their warm ups serious as well. You can save yourself a lot of time and pain. Even though my back isn’t where I want it to be, with the right angle and good lighting, it’s not too bad.
