I created this challenge using 7 simple and effective daily practices that have helped me move from a life of feeling rushed, overwhelmed and always tired, to a life where I feel balanced and now trust that everything that needs to be done will get done.
As a result, I am accomplishing more by doing less (Seems counterproductive right??!), feeling healthier and the bonus making more money.!
