After all that delicious Syrian food AND no workout yesterday, I knew it was going to be a bit of a drag coming down to workout.
I have SO much work to do and I was about to procrastinate gym (cause kerja kan penting?), but then I lifted my top and saw all my flabby bits gravitate south. Sedih Mak.
After dilly-dallying and answering emails in between, I was back on the mat and treadmill. Bloody hot day! I should have opted for a swim but my bulu mata how later?
