Weekly Challenge...Are you up for it?
We all engage in bad habits that steal our ability to Live Our Best Story and achieve Peak Performance.
According to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) the first step, and key to any behavior change, is to recognize the non-optimal behavior. Once you recognize what you’re dealing with, you can then focus on the Solution (solution mindset, not problem mindset) and take Action (take action to drive your feelings, not your feelings driving your actions), in order to overcome it.
This is why all successful step programs (AA, SA, NA, etc.) have the first step as admitting they have a problem.
This week's challenge: figure out two bad habits you want to get rid of and share them in the comments. I'll be addressing solutions to everyone's problems as the month concludes.
