Don't just heave around something heavy. Know where you should feel the movement, what muscles to be contracting. Be aware of your posture. I’ve been focusing on light weight/high reps training with the combination of resistance band + eccentric contraction to build stronger muscle groups.
Today my squat PR improved from 195lb to 205lb!! πŸ˜πŸ€“ ✌🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻 🎯My new challenge is to do handstand and perfect split, so I spend at least 20 minutes now on stretching after session( sorry if you see me lying down at stretching area for 1000yearsπŸ˜…)

Shoulder pronation (rounding) and elevation is common these days due to prolonged desk work and use of electronics.
