16.3 was the hardest week of the CrossFit Open for me. It was the week I found out that I have Bicep tendinitis. After several weeks of prepping for a muscle-up, I fatigued the muscle, almost to the point of tearing it. I feel like my right shoulder has been bit by a shark and all I can do is rest it and re-focus on the best recovery options at this point. The rest of the Open may not end up how I had hoped, but I'm so thankful that the injury is not as bad as we had anticipated and that I'm still able to get out there and do something. If you don't see me on the road to success, don't worry - I've just taken a detour on the road to recovery!
