Quartz Pink Smoothie Bowl 🌸✨🍓 with the freckled trio, strawberry balls, strawberry chips and dehydrated coconut cubes! This bowl turned out so creamy and lush! This was breakfast! Happy Monday! 💖
✔️ The Recipe:
The Base is a blend of 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1 Tbsp coconut cream, 2 Tbsp. of pomegranate powder.
I shredded the bananas in a high speed food processor then blended with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Topped it with melon-balled dragon fruit balls and melon-balled strawberries, dried strawberries and coconut cubes and garnish a with flower and dragon fruit balls. Will update the blog with my dehydrating tips and tricks! Enjoy!

Banyak orang mengalami susah tidur dan memilih jalan pintas dengan minum obat tidur. Meski bisa membantu dengan cepat, obat tidur dalam jangka panjang bisa berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan.

Ada pula yang mengatasinya dengan makanan. Logikanya, saat perut terasa kenyang maka mata akan terasa berat dan mengantuk. Namun dianjurkan, konsumsi makanan yang ideal sebelum tidur adalah sekitar 200 kalori dan merupakan kombinasi dari karbohidrat ditambah sedikit protein.

Berikut makanan dan minuman yang bisa dikonsumsi beberapa jam sebelum tidur seperti dikutip dari Boldsky.

1. Susu

Susu mengandung tryptophan yang sangat penting bagi tubuh. Senyawa ini juga bisa membantu tubuh memproduksi serotonin yang membantu tubuh merasa rileks dan tenang. Ini menjelaskan kenapa beberapa orang jadi mudah mengantuk setelah minum susu.

2. Ubi

Selain susu, ada makanan yang bisa dikonsumsi sebagai pengantar tidur, yaitu ubi. Mengonsumsi ubi beberapa jam sebelum tidur dapat membantu untuk cepat terlelap, karena mengandung karbohidrat dan potasium. Tidak perlu takut gemuk selama tidak berlebihan, sebab karbohidrat dalam ubi umumnya memiliki struktur lebih kompleks dibanding nasi.

3. Pisang

Pisang merupakan buah yang mengandung potasium dan magnesium, yang juga baik dikonsumsi sebelum tidur. Kedua nutrisi tersebut bisa membantu tubuh untuk merasa lebih rileks sehingga cepat terlelap. Selain itu, pisang juga membuat perut terasa penuh sehingga tidak tergoda untuk bergadang sambil mengemil.

4. Buah Ceri

Buah ceri memiliki kandungan melatonin yang menginduksi tidur, sehingga Anda cepat terlelap. Kandungan antioksidan yang berlimpah juga menjamin tubuh yang bugar saat bangun tidur, serta daya tahan tubuh yang kuat untuk menangkal berbagai infeksi penyakit.
