Travel Tip: Pack your own food!
Eating out is stressful on the body - from the high sodium content, to the reduced nutrient content, to the fat and sugar content. Plus, travel itself is tough on the body.
When travelling, it's helpful to drink lots of water while bringing your own snacks and meals with you as best as possible.
