starting my day with cinnamon rolls. but not just any cinnamon rolls. This time of the year, my absolute fave flavor combo is apple and Brie! So today I made spiced apple, Brie, and apple butter cinnamon rolls. I don’t have an exact recipe since I used leftover whole wheat dough from work. For the filling, I first added a layer of apple butter followed by small pieces of Brie. Then for the spiced apple: 1 small Green apple cut into pieces mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp pumpkin spice.
