Who else loves chocolate? I love the taste of chocolate and guilt free feeling. So there you go! Today's smoothie bowl almost nice cream bowl was β™‘count flesh, the left over I have from the coconut milk I made today, β™‘a ripe banana, β™‘frozen bananas, β™‘raw cacao powder, β™‘vanilla paste. I put everything in high speed blender and finally topped up with β™‘kiwi slices and β™‘cacao nibs. Was so good, really meeting that chocolate cravings and my family enjoyed it as well.

Recipe:
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
1 Apple (peeled, cored, chopped)

3 teaspoons Sugar

1 cup Low Fat Milk

1/2 Ice

Throw ingredients into a blender + blend until smooth. Once drink is smooth, pour into a cup and add 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds then stir in seeds until it's throughout the drink.

All I can think about right know is how epic this BLUEBERRY NICECREAM was but it’s raining, cold and dark outside and I don’t have enough time to whip up a brekkie like this 😭 but it’s okay - I will just wait till the weekend!! this weekend i drove up to South Carolina with my a couple of my oldest friends to go to a clemson game & it was so fun! & i wanted to talk about my eating habits during this trip.. not as healthy as i would’ve wanted πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ but here’s the thing- i wouldn’t have enjoyed the adventures we went on as much as i did if all i was thinking and worrying about was how healthy my next meal would be! i vlogged the trip and showed you guys what i ate and you will definitely be seeing some fried food! all vegan thoπŸŒ±πŸ¦‹ anyway, i just wanted to point out that some days you will be seeing me eating smoothie bowls like this one from a couple mornings ago & buddha bowls,, but other days, when it’s not as easy and convenient, you’ll see me eating a vegan burger & fries! that’s life! happy sunday! go eat some good food & keep on chasing those goals u haveπŸ’›πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ ps passion fruit is so underrated fruit,, it’s SO GOOD

Don't get me wrong, the food here is amazing😍 but sometimes ya girl just wants a thick bowl for breakfast 🍴 Today is the last day here and I am so sad ... it's hard to explain how amazing & life changing this experience has been but I am so beyond thankful I had the opportunity to come πŸ’ž I will be doing a whole post about it so stay tuned for that but I mean simply put ... breath taking experience

High in fibre and antioxidants, this plant based ”seed” can be used to make raw granola, or added to make your vegan breads etc. With this recipe I wanted to create a crunchy morning toasts, this can be enjoyed either ontop of your smoothie bowls by breaking it into a crumbling texture or simply enjoy in the form of toasties.
