If you lovelies didn’t know, this year I’ve started my journey of focusing 100% on my wellness, longevity & fitness. Doing so, I’ve had so much fun playing around with new plant base & vegan ingredients, superfoods, exercise routines, and learning new holistic remedies to improve my body. As you know we eat with our eyes so the prettier the breakfast, the better it will taste right?! Smoothie Bowls are so much fun to make because you can really play around with the topping to add texture to your smoothies.
