"You can't fix your health, until you fix your diet"
WORD! I want you to think about something for a second. We develop an illness or disease from lifestyle and food choices. We go to our doctors. With their high tech machines and equipment they diagnosis the problem. They then prescribe pharmaceuticals to mask the symptoms(with a paragraph of side effects destroying other parts of the body) while allowing you to continue to do the things that got you to that state of DIS-ease in the first place and NOT addressing underlining issue. Call it being uneducated on nutritional healing from a body being too toxic or deficient, call it greed, or just call it a system designed to keep us in that revolving door and then leached on by the pharmaceutical multibillion dollar industry. Whatever you want to call it, we as individuals need wake up, take responsibility and BE better. We need to take control and take our health into our own hands. The information is OUT there just a click a way. With how much we spend on our phones and the internet, you'd think the world would've woken up by now instead of living in a world with an obesity and disease epidemic right before our eyes. But there are so many distractions keeping us from the truth. I say all this with love, because I myself have felt the healing powers of food as well as MANY people around me. You don't have to go raw vegan or from one extreme to another, but we do have to wake up, be conscious, mindful and take responsibility for ourselves and our decisions. Just start adding. Add a juice daily, add a smoothie, add some fruit, baby steps are better than no steps. Again my message is always out of love and to help plant seeds.
