Don't usually go on record much... but #Smittys @smittysgrant is the worst in the city by a landslide. Repeated horrible customer service as we've come to this place for a year now - an hour to get breakfast which is average here, in a restaurant that is no where near capacity, which would be somewhat understandable if it was. But with a baby, they never bring anything for him early to enjoy or pre-occupy himself with. The waitress acts inconvenienced when we ask how much longer it will take. " Ummmmm, I'll have to go back and ask " Takes going to the Manager each and every visit to usually get an answer. The orders are usually wrong, missing something, or cold.
People who know me, know that I don't rant much, but this is certainly deserving of a critique. I'm quite sure we are not the only people who have experienced such poor service #nothappy
