By the way, the occasional non-victim of TREAT, Treat, is ACCEPTABLE following this but only if this scenario is followed approximately 90% of the time.
Guideline 1.) Being HUNGRY OFTEN and/or overly focused on CALORIES ALL THE TIME IS NOT helpful when you're trying to LOSE WEIGHT FOREVER (*not a few days*) and ultimately CHANGE your body composition !
Guideline 2.) Fill-er-up with this order in mind. Mostly vegetables fibrous/colorful/leafy, palm sized protein, 2 thumb-sized fat servings (about 3 shown in this photo FYI). No need to throw those extra carbs (rice potatoes pasta etc) on there unless you earned them in that kick ass training session.
Guideline 3.) I DARE YOU to overeat your vegetables. Even in #alaska
