Raspberry Chocolate Protein cookies - gluten free, no fat, very low carbs, high protein, high fiber
- Using (micellar) casein protein powder will make the cookies more chewy
- If you use whey protein powder the cookies will be less chewy and more dry

Ingredients (10 cookies):
- 200 g raspberries (or a red fruit mix, fresh or frozen)
- 80 g protein powder, chocolate flavor
- 5 g cacao powder
- 2 egg whites
- 100 ml water

Directions:
- Pre heat oven at 180°C
- Mix all ingredients together
- you can make 10 cookies by putting 10 ‘balls’ on a baking paper
Or you can use silicone cupcakes and make 10 raspberry chocolate protein cupcakes. This will be the same.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
- It’s important to let them cool completely before eating them. When they’re still warm they tend to be too soft / liquidy. Enjoy!

Nutritional facts (1 cookie):
Energy: 45 cal
Protein: 8.2 g
Carbohydrates: 3 g (sugar 3 g = sugar from the raspberries)
Fat: 0.1 g (saturated 0 g)
Fiber: 1.5 g
