Squats: a compound movement that works your entire body! From your calves, ham/quad, the booty and your upper body! That's right! Your core, arms, everything working together to stay balanced! You work so much with just one exercise - why some sort of squat variations in a routine is a must
Second exercise is much harder than it looks! I got the resistance bands from amazon! :) this seriously killed my booty!
And last are just Bulgarian split squats!
