Ohhh where to even begin 🙃 2015-2017! I love my body in both pics! The pic on the left was after I had already been lifting for about 6 months and I had already grown quite a bit especially in my quads and then I hit a plateau and I wasn't gaining anything anymore! My goals have always been to have a tiny waist, and big ol legs/glutes!! In 2015 I made the decision that I was ready to seriously put on weight/size no matter what it would take me! Before then I was eating like a bird. Hardly enough protein, definitely low carb, and I did a lot of cardio. I was lifting too but with much lighter weight. At the time I felt like I was eating A LOT and I felt like just because I was eating "healthy" food that meant I would get results fast. I was so scared at the thought of eating more..but it was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. I SLOWLY increased my calories over the course of 2 years and I really eased my way into it which was super helpful in terms of not putting on a lot of fat, and it was super helpful mentally too! I pretty much stopped doing cardio, and I started lifting for real/doing big girl lifts like squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts etc... and here I am 20+ lbs heavier, so much happier, full of so much ENERGY, my waist is smaller, my legs are bigger, the 🍑 is bigger, and I'm surely on my way to achieving my dream physique. Lifting weights can do amazing things for the female body, but it won't be enough if you're not fueling your body! DON'T BE AFRAID TO EAT!! Food is fuel! 💕 btw these macros will not work for everyone and this just how I enjoy eating!!!

Итак. Много поступает вопросов про #EXOCORE , отвечаю на самые частые!
Нижнее полотно должно сидеть плотно на теле. Встаньте прямо, желательно перед зеркалом,( так легче отцентровать полотно) застегиваемся на вдохе. Вот здесь очень важно правильно ли вы заказали размер, нахлест должен быть достаточным, но не страшно, если липучки немного не покроют друг друга. Далее резинки! Вы должны растянуть их, а затем застегнуть на то положение при котором вам комфортно жить😂, без необходимости не нужно затягивать их до синего лица. Я вообще часто затягиваюсь лишь на подход(например на присед), а между подходами отстегиваю липучки полностью не снимая пояс. Цель не передавать живот, а создать натяжение на пояснице и косых. Повторюсь-вам должно быть комфортно!!!! ⏺РАЗМЕР? Измеряете талию и смотрите в табличку на сайте, выбирает свой размер! Строго по таблице, если в данный момент нет вашего размера, то в ближайшее время он появится. При пограничном размере я советую позамерять талию в течении нескольких дней(талия она такая, меняется день ото дня) и вы увидите какой вам размер ближе. Лично я ношу 2размера-s/m, талия "гуляет"
⏺ПРЕСС.Снимаем пояс и качаем пресс.В поясе тренировать пресс нет смысла.
⏺КОГДА НАДЕВАТЬ ПОЯС? Почти всегда!(Кроме пресса и кардио)
Начиная с приседа и тяги(да, даже с большими весами),заканчивая тягой верхнего блока,иначе чувствуется спина,попробуйте.
⏺СТИРАТЬ?В этом почти нет необходимости,он не накапливает запахи,быстро сохнет.Просто дайте поясу немного просохнуть после тренировки перед тем как убрать его в сумку.А если и появилось такое желание,то только ручная стирка,в хол воде, желательно гелем,а не порошком, не замачивать,сушить в помещении(не на солнце и не на батарее).

I have had a lot of questions asking me about my stomach and waist postpartum. After my 6th baby I began wearing the "Esbelt Waist Trainer" by Uppercup. I put it on as soon as I could squeeze myself in to it.😄
At the time I had very bad posture and my stomach muscles were extremely lax. The waist trainer helped me to focus on my core and reminded me to keep everything pulled in and zipped up tight!🤐

#throwbackthursday current situation. Think my waist is changing the most, tried to do HIIT on the treadmill last night and before you know it, I was giving the whole gym all kinds of builders bum action (swipe to see the struggle). I'm still practicing posing even though I have no idea when I'll compete. True story, I used to pose at nearly 15 stone 😂 just for the bants ennit!
I'm working so much harder and smarter in the gym these days. I mostly to 2 sessions a day including cardio and If I can work each body part twice a week. None of this is luck or because my body is some day burning machine, I have to grind every single day 💪🏾 .
