Weighed in at 150lbs this morning.
This was a pretty solid rep PR from 3 reps to 6 reps. This was actually the easiest part of my training today. The bodybuilding portion had me screaming and grunting so loud the whole gym could hear me.
I’m definitely a lot happier waking up at 6:00 a.m and lifting early in the morning.
