So I set two rep PRs today on bench🤗💪🏼 first video is 235 for a set of 4. Second video is a set of 3 with 245. And yes, I know my legs and frame are tiny. Hence being only 157 lbs. Squat and deadlift videos will be coming over the next two days.

Small calves ain’t a good look... I have made growth but there’s room for improvement.
Gonna do as much calf raises as I can possibly do in a day with a 100 being the minimum. (This was my last 30 which puts me at a total of 120)
I haven’t spoken to my physio about weighted calf raises so I don’t know if I can do them with my torn acl.

Back to the basics with Pause Goblet Squats 5x10 w/120lb superset with heavy DB Hip Thrusters 5x20 for hella quad, booty and core work (actually the hardest core work I’ve hard in a while holding that b***h 😂). Got up early and hit the gym for my 2nd #legday this week. If I'm going to have "thick" thighs, I want them to be strong!💪

While I'm glad my thighs are getting stronger, I am dang proud of the muscle I've been able to develop on my calves. I have always admired runners and dancers perfectly toned and sculpted calves. Mine are nowhere near that, but they are getting better. Progress is progress! When I first started lifting weights almost 3 years ago, my calves were 13". They are now 14.25" - with .25" of that being added since January. .

Leg extensions: 4 sets of 8-12
Leg curls: 4 sets of 10-12
