Weight loss is a journey that doesn’t happen over night. It’s taking me a while but Since 2010 my weight have been up and down. But I am focused and back to setting myself goals that I know are achievable. Managed an easy new PR snatching this week - 50kg. Felt easy and light though I see my butt is a bit high in the air and I still lack speed under the bar BUT things are creeping along. I'm still busting my ass with my at-home workouts but it's time to reel my nutrition back in... (a few too many beverages and not much time for meal-prep lately). .

Monday is the start of our new Summer program which incorporates weights, HIIT, and abs for 30 minutes a day/ 4 days a week. 😍😍 this program is perfect for our busy Summer schedule and will allow for active rest days- walks, jogging, & hiking. .
