What a numpty I am, noticed a spelling mistake went to edit it and deleted it instead.
2lb gain this week (Monday weigh in)
Not mad at this, it was deserved, was off plan most of the week. And also I have not had a gain since the first week of July so can't be to annoyed with myself.
This week I am determined to lose it plus more. So I have done a run every day this week so far post nightshift.
I have also been on plan for th past 2 days including resisting pizza at work while everyone else had it. But was bad on weigh day but line drawn.
