23rd - Lunch So today my baby had a treat which was a Big Mac, fries and a caramel frappe from McDonalds.. as much as i wanted somethng i resisted. I came home and made the Burger in a bowl with fries from the @slimmingworld Fake Away book for just 1 syn per serving.
Saturday night dinner so I used my hex b for breakfast this morning so I had to figure something else out and this works perfectly boiled rice, fajita chicken with peppers and onions along with some lettuce and cucumber and it taste amazing😍✨
Saturday... Saturdays are my worst times and always fall off the wagon. Woke up early this morning but got a phone call just as my breakfast was ready. So 12.15 and I'm on my JUST sitting down to my breakfast, I am determined not to miss any meals today. So gona give myself an hour and then make my lunch too before I have to take the grandparents to the hospital at 2.30!
Meal planning makes things so much easier when going shopping(I know I've not filled in some of my lunches however I'll more than likely have leftovers from the night before). Doing this means I can do the shopping in quick time and not keep the babies stuck in a supermarket for ages plus I don't buy unnecessary rubbish.
