After my workout I like to have a good protein smoothie as my post workout meal🙏🏼 I use @proteinworld always!

1️⃣ Almond milk (I use unsweetened with vanilla)
2️⃣ 1 banana 🍌
3️⃣ 30 g oats
4️⃣ A handful of berries (I use frozen raspberries & strawberries 🍓)
5️⃣ liquid D & B vitamins
6️⃣ 1 tablespoon of either Peanut butter or Almond butter.
7️⃣ add some spinach (you can't taste it I promise!) 8️⃣ 1 scoop of @proteinworld #slenderblend in vanilla 👅
9️⃣ Blend, drink and have a smoothieGASM in yo mouth!
