💥EASY WAY TO GROW YOUR ARMS💥
Arm training does not have to be complicated. This is what I have been doing this offseason to pack on size for my arms and it is working wonderfully.
Do this at the end of your training session ‼️
5️⃣ SETS ✖️ 10-15 REPS WITH 1️⃣ MINUTE REST 🕓
🔹Pick a weight you can do 20 reps with.
🔹Perform this as a superset. Biceps then triceps or vice versa.
🔹Rest only after the second muscle has been hit.
🔹Do this a minimum of two to three times weekly.
🔹I like to pick a different pair of tricep and bicep exercise each time I do this. Go with the ones that you feel the best pump with!
