1. No screens 3 hours before bed.
So that’s tv, laptop, mobile etc. Obviously in this day and age this is quite hard but if your not going to take this advice then at least download apps that block blue light coming from the screen.
2. Increase GABA and Serotonin levels.
These are neurotransmitters that help regulate our mood. Increasing gaba and serotonin levels will help us sleep, I recommend using a supplement for this.
3. Make the room as dark as possible.
Try to get rid of every bit of light you can. light that’s coming from a tv, light coming in from under the door, light coming in from the blinds. Get rid of that shit.
4. Lower the room temperature.
Sleep in a cool room around 16 degrees.
5. Take a magnesium supplement.
Most people have magnesium deficiency and it is very hard to get adequate amounts of magnesium through food so again take a supplement. Also take the right types of magnesium so theanine and inositol.
