Sweaty, crazy hair, tired, and sore. This is real life, no fake poses to make me look as if I don't sweat when I work out, no hair and makeup done, just me completing a 45 minute cardio workout. I am feeling so much stronger doing these early workouts, it is worth every early morning and sore muscle for sure. They make me feel like I can tackle anything that gets thrown my way. And without them I would feel lost and just going through the motions, instead of being in the moments. It is amazing what physical activity can do for a person!! I challenge you to try it, be consistent for one week, with a 30 minute activity, and notice the mental and physical changes in yourself. I mean what is one week in the grand scheme of it all?? At least you can say you tried it.
