🔅Have hip/knee/thigh/IT band / or lower backpain? I spend a lot of time working on a special bum muscle , Gluteus Medius, on a lot of my massage clients. In runners and active people it frequently gets overworked (especially in women). In people that sit a lot, it gets overly tight and pulls on the back.
