Cardio days are not my favorite. My mind goes from, dreading it, enjoying it, kicking up a gear, to wishing it over, to pushing it again, to ending with nothing in the tank, then few min post workout I’m FREAKIN pumped and evaluating what I can do better to go faster or push the mental barriers. BUT I don’t think I’ll ever like shoes for training!
