It’s always good to throw in a full body workout.
Full body workouts can increase work capacity, muscle conditioning and endurance.
It’s something different, not just 3-4 sets of the same exercise. Your body has to adjust to this type of workout. It requires a lot of pushing your limits. Because there is no rest it’s a lot more taxing on your body and your mental capacity.
