Squats were hard in this heat, upto to 215kg for a single, then 4x3 with 185kg. Seems like I have forgot everything I have been training over the past few weeks as the single and first few sets were balls!! Last set looked really good though.
Favourite back exercise? Ringed chin ups are by far the most challenging and DOMS inducing exercise I've ever done. Unlike the regular chin up, ringed chin ups require much greater stabilisation to complete. 4 sets of 6-8 reps are more than enough.
