I'm smiling because it's November and I'm wearing a t-shirt. I'm smiling because I get to enjoy a super hobby. I'm smiling because I'm so damn tired and I can't believe I'm upright.
This past week I've run at least an hour a day. I'm focusing on time on feet right now. My rest days are usually a mile or two shufflefest BUT the annual 5k a day from Thanksgiving 2018 to New Years Day 2019 starts really really soon! If you're interested in playing along let me know!
Overloading is not an effective training method for everyone. Since I'm a back of the packer it doesn't hurt my overall goal (increasing endurance) but I do have to be mindful of overstressing fascia. Drinking a lot of water, practicing @myssage4life , and altering tempo help me stay on my feet. This year i'm hoping to add strength training, too.
What's your secret sauce for training hard/often?!?
