We will alternate between jumping styles.
Try to do as many cycles without messing up! The goal is to reach one minute while going through each style of jump. You will perform each jumping style for a 10 count before starting the next without a break! -1 minute sets -
1. Alternating heels
2. Double leg
3. Single high knee
