Having proper nutrition is the key to having healthy glowing skin.
You can start with these 3 easy tips
-Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables as as no single one will give you all the nutrients you need. -Try to cut down on foods high in sugar and salts. Opt for more high fiber foods instead.
-And the most important nutrient you can put into your body is water. Water increases blood flow and flushes out toxins from the body that can cause breakouts and skin irritations. Try to drink at least 2-3 liters a day.
There’s a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables this time of the year to choose from so why not stop by your local fruit and vegetable stand and grab a few of your favorites.
