Derince bir kaseye un hariç bütün malzemeler eklenir güzelce kariştirilip en son aldiği kadar un ilave edilir ve cok sıkı olmayan bir hamur yapilir,,

4 adet elma rendelenip ocağin üzerinde bir tencerede pembeleştirilir sonra şeker ilave edilir en son 2 tatli kaşiği tarçin ve bir su bardaği cevizde ilave edildikten sonra ocaktan alinir ve soğutulur daha sonra hamurdan parçalar alinarak şekiller verilip icine ic malzemeden konup 180 derecelik bir firinda 20 dakika pişirilip üzerine bolca pudraşekeri serpilip servis edilir..AFİYET OLSUNNN🍏🍎🍏

Mutton Skewers
Ingredients
For marination:
Mutton - 250 gms (Boneless)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Paprika powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt
Lime - 1/2 slice
Oil - 1 Tbsp

For Skewers:
Skewer sticks
Onions - cut in to wedges
Bell pepper - cut in to wedges
Tomato - cut in to wedges

Method:
1. To the boneless mutton pieces, add the ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, Paprika powder, Garam masala powder, pepper and salt
2. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lime
3. Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well so that the meat is well covered evenly
4. Let the meat marinate for atleast 6 hours
5. Skewer the meat and vegetable wedges alternatively as shown
6. Keep the skewers on a tray and pour on some (so the dripping juices stay in it)
7. Grill at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
Done!

It's Sumika time~ #throwback post to a lovely reunion dinner the last time I was in the Bay Area. The skewers were very flavourful and absolutely delicious. Our table tried everything from kobe beef to chicken to unagi to beef tongue. We also devoured several orders of the best okayodon I've ever had (not pictured). Trying it the Filipino way! Dinner beautifully laid out on a table of banana leaves. The seasoning of everything was so tasty. Definitely a must-try in Toronto!!

Highly recommend eating hands-on rather than using utensils for the most authentic experience. But they do have disposable plastic gloves if you'd like!

Veggie skewers with a pasta salad.
So simple.
So filling.
My stomach is full, yet I am full of energy.
Typically with my old "diet" I would be ready for bed, and sickly full.
I'm loving this transition.

Ingredients:
For the Turkey Meatballs:
1 Pound ground Turkey meat
1/3 cup plain Panko crumbs or plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup crumbled fat free feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped STAR Reduced sodium pimento stuffed olives
2 Green Onions, cut into thin slices (trim the tops and ends and discard)
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 chopped fresh Parsley
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 large egg, beaten

For the Skewers:
8 - 10 Bamboo skewers
Green, Red and Orange pepper cut into 1 inch squares.

Instructions:
1. Heat a grill to medium high
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Turkey meat, bread crumbs, feta, olives, green onions, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg; mix well to combine.
3. With moistened hands, shape mixture into 16 meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.
4. Thread the meatballs and peppers alternatively onto skewers.
5. Lightly oil the grates of the grill.
6. Place the meatball skewers on the grill and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, rotating about every 3 minutes to cook evenly. Meatballs should be just cooked through but not over cooked.
7. Serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce.
