Kept it pretty simple today.. just doing a few singles. Worked up to 250 for 3 singles and 260 for 2. Last single of 260 went straight to 135 for an amrap.. ended up getting 20! Talk about freaking cardio lol. I could have probably done 30 if I could breathe 😔😔 but that's a goal to beat! I was DEAD after that... so decided to just cut accessories short (I know, i know, shame on me)... But overall happy with today. Wish I could have videoed my singles though, because my form was absolute CRAP.. need to see what I am doing wrong 😣😔 I am COMING FOR THAT 300 squat.

2️⃣2️⃣5️⃣lb for a beltless 3️⃣
Been going beltless for the last 3️⃣ weeks because of a minor injury 😥causing me not being able use the Valsalva Maneuver (Brace)😤. However it has help me focus on using proper techniques with lower weight. Feeling like my #SKAAAT and Deadlift 💀🏋🏽 Have improved, so hopefully soon I can get up an running properly. Always 👀 at the 👍🏽 of a 👎🏽 situation. Last two singles for yesterday's session. Been training the olympic style squat movement for a little over a year and I recently widened my stance and went back to low bar. This leverage suits my anatomy much better.
Worked up to 475 on my heaviest single and 455 is also shown. I finished the session with 2x4 2 block conventional pulls with about 140 lbs of accommodating resistance and goblet squat iso holds 2x30s in the hole.

Guess what today is? Skaaaturday! Hit some skaaats today. Final warm up was 355, top set was 385x2, finished with a 6x3 with 315(last set shown). Finished up with the workout with front squats 4x8 with 185(hate em) straight leg deads 5x5 with 225, leg press 4x10 with 260, leg curls and leg extensions with 25/45 and calf raises with 160 4x10.
