It gets fabulous results because it’s quite easy to fit it into your life 👌🏻 It’s recognised within the medical community & recommended by the NHS because this intermittent fasting can achieve:
✔️ sustainable weight loss, ✔️sharper brain function, ✔️increased energy, ✔️disease prevention and ✔️most interesting for me, improved gut health ⚪️ I don’t usually count calories or recommend clients to do so, which has been a challenge for me, but I thought I’d share what a day of great nutritious food that comes in under 500 calories looks like 🙏👆🏽I am running a Facebook support group so if you’d like to find out more & try it out, please comment below with your email & I can add you to our fabulous FB group 💪👌🏻
