Chickpeas are a great filler to so many dishes as they are high in protein and help you to feel full. I can't get enough - here's my yoghurt breakie pot with a nice helping of apricot magic 🌈✨ Tag in a friend who loves healthy eats & be sure to tag me in any pics if you try this at home πŸ™
How to:

Ingredients :
2 punnets stoned apricots, chopped
1 Tbspn water (a touch more or less depending on your fave consistency)
2 Tbspn brown rice syrup (or raw honey or maple syrup)
2 heaped Tbspn white chia seeds
Optional- squeeze lemon juice
A sprinkle coconut sugar or Rapadura sugar if you need more sweetness. If you have some, a sprinkle of vitamin c powder helps keep the beaut colour. 🌈

Method- stew the fruit in the little water for 45 mins-60 over low heat stirring occasionally. Add the sugar & chia seeds, cook on for another 20 mins until desired texture & you're done! Bottle up & keep in the fridge. Use as healthier alternative to shop bought jam for toast, yoghurt toppings or straight from the spoon πŸ‘€πŸ™‹πŸΌ
