Part of the little circuit I did this morning for my workout. Before every workout I do some type of cardio to warm my muscles up and get the little one ready for some weights🤰🏻😂 15-20 minutes of the elliptical, stair master, and/or treadmill incline. •
You don't need a gym and weights to have a sweaty workout. I just threw in the bicep curl/ layers raises because I did arms the other day and I'm still sore. Think of five different exercises, do five rounds of how ever many reps YOU can do in that set, with limited rest
My circuit consisted of:
-single leg lunges -dips
-curl/lateral raises -squats with weight, drop weight for burn out
-hip thrusts, squeeze at the top (build that booty)
