After having done many other programs and always ending up injured I've been at Iron Tribe for over a year and have been able to keep moving. A close second is the Tribe family.
2) One food you could eat for the rest of your life? Chocolate chip cookies...gluten free please ;) 3) Least Favorite Movement? Backwards bear crawl...because it hurts, it makes me look stupid, and requires way too much coordination when I'm low on oxygen
4) One activity on your bucket-list and when you plan to check it off? To visit all seven continents including Antarctica. I'm 4 down and 3 to go with a goal to complete by 40...which means I'm not telling you my age.
5) 3 interesting facts about yourself?I own my own management consulting firm and have been in business for 6 years this July.I'm a big DIYer so on the weekends I can be found sawing wood, installing garbage disposals, and wiring new light fixturesMy younger brother raced in the ARCA series which is like a minor league to NASCAR, so I named my two kitties after NASCAR tracks: Darlington and Daytona
