Alright! Update! 😂 I finally bought a scale and since my appointment which was on October 17, 2017, I have lost 6.6 lbs bringing me to 186.4 lbs...not bad I have no complaints. You can’t see it yet but I’ve been feeling the slightest changes and I love it. Determination, dedication, and discipline are key! 🔑 Counting macros has changed my life currently as well lol! Shout out to my inner beast that’s gets me by on zero sleep! Having a newborn and teaching full time are definitely not the easiest things to have to work an exercise routine around but, if it’s really important to you, you will find a way! Stay motivated!
