1. 腹肌要每天做嗎?
- 腹肌除了前面的六舊,其實還有側腹,所以可以用不同的練習去刺激兩組肌肉。當然,要不要每天練還是自己feel下,我是隔日的。

2. 上一次每組45秒太辛苦,完成不了如何是好?
- 45秒的確是有一定難度,但可以一下一下做,把節奏減慢,不追求次數,追求完成動作的準確度。太辛苦就放鬆呼吸兩秒再黎過。我得你都得。

今天介紹 6 個針對側腹(馬甲線/人魚線)的動作。
- 摸腳踭 Heels Touches
- 側面平板支撐向上提 Side Plank Pulse x2 (左/右)
- 單車捲腹 Bicycle Crunches
- 左右提腿 Alternate left right legs raise
- 登山者 Mountain Climbers
- 俄羅斯轉體 Russian Twist

6 exercises, 30s a set, 20s rest, 4 sets.
total 15 minutes!
