Lifted upper body today (mostly back) 3 or 4 x 8 preeeetty heavy! I did: lat pulldowns, bent over rows, pull ups, close grip seated rows, and straight arm pulldowns.
Then, I finished with some upper body + core exercises until failure (these👆🏽). If you aren’t big into ab workouts, it’s always a good idea to add just a few minutes of core work at the end every now and then. Extra bonus if you choose exercises that work your targeted muscles simultaneously!
