How good is food? Yep, I hear you, it's awesome. But as good as shovelling down food is we are shooting oursleves in the food if we are not getting the full benefits out of what we eat and I don't know about you but that sounds like it would hurt. -----------------------------------------------------
The issue is a lot of us eat on the go and in stressed situations. We eat mindlessly while we work or scroll through Instagram, forgetting to chew or breath, even forgetting to stop for a moment and be grateful - for us food is food is always readily available and in a way we take that for granted, we're in a very lucky position. -----------------------------------------------------
Anyway I digress, it's so important to work on and improve your digestion of the food you eat and from there the assimilation of the vitamins and minerals of that food - the benefits this has is vast. For one it improves the health of your digestive system and puts it under less stress and through the better absoribtion of vitamins and minerals you'll find your energy, performance, mental clarity and sleep can all improve. It will also go a long way to helping your achieve your body composition goals. So it's a win, win, win situation. ---------------------------------------
How can you improve it - well there are some clues in that second paragraph. The simple thing you can do is step away from distractions and get your body into a relaxed state by taking some deep brethe and sitting with your food for a moment before you dig in and by dig in I mean chew slowly. This is so simple, yet many of us don't do it. ---------------------------------------

Weakness leaves the body when you're driven by motivation and dedication. Chest and legs need serious development but it's only a matter of time that these stubborn muscles will grow!
