A little sneak peek of the wines we are going to be pouring up for Oysters and Orange Wine starting tomorrow at 5 pm...
On the left: @primozlavrencic's #sivipinot Pinot. Soft, herbaceous, with a light powdered sugar note and a slight prickle.
Center: @swickjoe gives us a Melon de Bourgogne with notes of dill, caraway, pumpkin seed, that is funky and a little pickle-y (in the best way).
Right: #Kakheti’s most prized “amber” wine, Rkatsiteli Qvevri. White grapes fermented with the skins and seeds in massive buried clay vats called #qvevri --an ancient method originating from it’s native country Georgia. Wood, sherry, dried fruit, magic.
